The Experience

The Experience

What actually happens.

Before

We talk. Not a form, a conversation. Who is coming, what the night is for, what your guests will and will not eat, how formal you want it to feel. If someone has an allergy, it gets designed around rather than worked around.

You get a proposed menu. You change what you want changed. Nothing is locked until you say it is.

The day of

I arrive with everything.

Groceries, tools, the pans I actually need. I do not send you to the store for anything.

I set up, prep, and cook in your kitchen.

If your guest count calls for it, I bring help so service does not slow down.

Courses go out on your timing, not mine.

If people are still talking, the next course waits.

The best dinners aren't remembered for the food alone. They're remembered for how the room felt.
